Train Set requires (3) AAA Alkaline Batteries for operation. Phillip screwdriver required to access battery compartment on remote control (not included). Lubricate the wheels, axles, and linkage regularly to avoid squeaks and wear. Wipe with a soft cloth occasionally after use to keep track and wheels free from dirt and grease. Remove all batteries when the train will not be used for an extended period of time. Recommended for ages 14 and up. Assembly is required
